Nos Sons sells digital products only. No physical products will be shipped.

Digital Downloads
Because our products are digital files delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to or downloading of the digital content has begun, where permitted by applicable law.

For customers in the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal may end once delivery of the digital content begins, provided that you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Where the legal requirements for this exception have not been met, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Problems with your download
If you receive an incorrect file, a corrupted file, or experience another technical problem with your purchase, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working replacement file.

Please include your order number and the email address used for your purchase when contacting us.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
