Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through Nos Sons.

1. About Nos Sons
Nos Sons provides downloadable digital wall art and other digital creative products. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.

2. Digital Products
After successful payment, customers receive access to the purchased digital files electronically. Delivery may take place immediately after purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, software and printing method are suitable for opening, downloading and printing the supplied files.

3. Personal Use Licence
Unless otherwise expressly stated, purchases from Nos Sons are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may download and print the purchased artwork for your own personal use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or commercially exploit the digital files, whether in their original or modified form. You may not make the files available for download or use them to create products for resale.

Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property
The artwork, designs, branding, text, images and other content available through Nos Sons are owned by or licensed to Nos Sons to the extent provided by applicable law.

No rights are granted except for the limited usage rights expressly described in these Terms.

5. Colours, Printing and Display
Colours may appear differently depending on monitor settings, printer settings, paper type, ink and printing service. Nos Sons cannot guarantee that printed colours will exactly match how the artwork appears on your screen.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct file size, print settings and printing service.

6. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Payment must be completed before access to a digital product is provided.

7. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

For digital content, the statutory right of withdrawal may end when delivery begins if the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right, as permitted by applicable law.

8. Technical Problems
If a purchased file is corrupted, incomplete or otherwise technically unusable, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

9. Prohibited Use
You may not use Nos Sons products or website content for unlawful purposes, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to interfere with the operation of the website, or reproduce and distribute digital artwork beyond the licence granted with your purchase.

10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Nos Sons is not responsible for differences caused by third-party printers, printing services, devices, software or display settings.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, subject to applicable law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing elsewhere, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
